The expert team at Master Roof got a call from a homeowner in Hopedale, MA, seeking an evaluation of the roof on their home. The house was from the late 1980’s was still watertight – though time was taking its toll on the overall structure. The following items were noted during the inspection:

Second, each shingle gets a piece of aluminum step flashing and the corners get a piece of lead for proper flashing. Third, the team installed the counter flashing, made of lead flashing.
• Replaced all bathroom vents on the roof and reinstalled with proper flashing.
• Replaced all roofing materials with high quality GAF materials including GAF Timerline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray.
